Eleven of the most eager swimmers have already signed up for the Galata – Varna marathon on August 7th.Online registration starts at 00:00 on July 1st and will continue until 05:00pm on August 4th.Ten of those registered to participate are from Bulgaria and one from Turkey.The youngest registered participant is 16-year-old Alexandra Vachkova, and the oldest one is Pavel Pavlov, born in 1971.
In last year’s edition of the marathon, 228 swimmers from 11 countries participated.
